We provide support with reminders and medication administration for oral medications and topical creams to ensure adherence to prescribed regimens. For more complex medications, such as injectables, we coordinate with district nurses and other healthcare professionals to facilitate appropriate administration.
Personal Care
Daily personal care to include assisting with bathing, dressing, continence care, oral care, and transfer assistance.
Nutrition and Hydration Support
Ensuring clients maintain proper nutrition and hydration, while coordinating with dietitians or other healthcare professionals when necessary to support their dietary needs.
Emotional Reassurance
Offering emotional support to reduce tension and anxiety during an emergency, while also coordinating with crisis hotlines to ensure immediate assistance if required.
